I am so thankful that Oak Lane has been a part of our lives for the last four years. Though we had some bumps along the way, I really never worried about my kids when they were there. How incredible is that? I trusted their teachers wholeheartedly and knew without any doubt that they were in wonderful, loving hands. It really is a special place that we will miss dearly.

Our two daughters have attended Oak Lane since they were both eight months old. They both experienced the Butterfly Room as babies, where they formed strong, loving bonds with their teachers that they loved to see each day. We appreciated that they could stay in the baby room for a longer period of time than many other daycares in the area, which often transition children into the toddler room after age one. Both of our girls needed a little extra time in the baby room for different reasons, and we valued that flexibility as parents. We also valued the attention to specific individual needs in the baby room, since every baby is different! The Bear Cub Room has been a favorite experience for our family, watching our girls learn how to talk and potty train and interact with others under the care of a teacher who has been at Oak Lane for decades. Again, we liked that they had the consistency of staying in the Bear Cub Room for a year and a half. The Chipmunk Room of 3-year-olds was an outdoor-based, interactive, engaging learning environment that capped our experience at Oak Lane well. The daycare is located on Westtown School’s campus, so the campus was a beautiful aspect of their outdoor experiences, as they walk through woods, to pumpkin fields, and to the lake, in addition to their outdoor playground space.
